2023 Ford Territory in PH to be priced at Php 1.335M, reservations now open

We recently got confirmation from Ford Philippines that they will soon be launching the all-new 2nd generation of its very popular Territory compact SUV. Now, they have just announced more information.

You’re probably most curious about the price. Ford Philippines said that the all-new Territory will be available in one variant, like the outgoing model, and will be priced at Php 1,335,000, a mere Php 25,000 increase compared to the outgoing model which is currently priced at Php 1.310-million.

Like we’ve said in previous reports, the Ford Territory is new from the ground-up. Outside is a sleeker and more aggressive appearance and inside is a more premium and tech-filled cabin. Also, this new Territory is now purely designed by Ford unlike the outgoing model which is based on the JMC-Yusheng S330. Despite that, the JMC-Ford joint venture continues.

Ford Philippines was not selfish with information as they also mentioned some specifications of the all-new Territory. Standard for its exterior are LED headlights and daytime running lights. Inside it gets a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, two-tone peacock blue partial leather seats, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system which also serves as the display for the vehicle’s 360-degree around-view monitor.

Other features include a wireless phone charger, electronic rotary gear shifter, electronic parking brake, dual-zone automatic climate control with physical controls, blind spot information system, rear cross traffic alert, door opening warning, and active park assist.

Interestingly, a quick visit to the now open reservation website for the all-new Ford Territory also reveals that it will no longer get a panoramic sunroof which is a popular feature. Also notable is the downgrade from adaptive cruise control on the outgoing model, to just a regular cruise control system.

Also, the reservation website says that it will get a 1.5-liter Inline 4-cylinder EcoBoost turbocharged gasoline engine under the hood. This will produce 160 horsepower and 248 Nm of torque, paired to a new 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

With the reservation website now open, customers may now place their orders for the much-awaited model. You can visit that here. Customers who will purchase the all-new Ford Territory will be able to take advantage of a 5-year vehicle warranty.

Ford Philippines has not announced when the all-new Territory will launch in the market but it is still safe to say that it’ll happen at the upcoming 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) this coming April 13 to 16.
