The Ford Territory Assure+ program makes ownership easy and worry-free

Ford Philippines is making Territory ownership easier than ever.

When the Ford Territory made its Philippine debut back in 2020, it instantly rose to fame and became the American automaker’s best-selling model locally thanks to its affordable price point and loaded feature-list. Fast forward to today and a generation later, it still remains a very popular option in the compact SUV segment.

I joined the bandwagon, purchasing a Territory 1.5 Titanium CVT in February 2022 as my first car and a birthday gift to myself. I love the car, having driven it a little over 30,000 kilometers since then, but of course, it’s not without its flaws.

For instance, I had to have my infotainment system refreshed as it became glitchy. The dealership did that for free. More recently, I started to notice some knocking noises underneath when driving.

With these kinds of issues, Ford Philippines is not turning a blind eye. The American automaker recently launched its Ford Territory Assure+ program which ensures that us owners are well taken care of when something goes wrong.

I was recently invited to attend an activity to learn more about this program. I joined fellow new and previous generation Ford Territory owners where Ford Philippines gave us a walkthrough of the advantages and perks we can get with their latest model-specific aftersales program.

For starters, Ford Territory owners may now avail of Express Service where periodic maintenance service (PMS) will only last around 90 minutes, making it faster.

There’s also Free Pick-Up and Delivery. No time to go to the dealership or service center yourself? If you’re within five kilometers from a Metro Manila dealership, or eight kilometers from a provincial dealership, your Territory can be picked up and brought to the dealership and back, hassle-free.

Your Territory needs to stay at the dealership for longer than expected? Worry not as with Mobility Support, you can be provided with a complimentary loaner vehicle when availing warranty-related vehicle repairs.

Finally, there’s Enhanced Customer Support. Territory owners now have access to a dedicated email address ([email protected]) for vehicle concerns. 

And going back to the activity for that day, we were also given a free 30-point vehicle check-up. Remember that knocking noise I mentioned, it turned out to be a suspension-related problem—specifically my lower control arm. Thankfully, that’s just wear and tear as I do drive a lot, and as a Manila City resident, road conditions are not friendly at all.

This pretty much sums up why your vehicle should be “casa-maintained.” Not only will you be worry-free with your vehicle’s condition, you can have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, it can always be made right.

This is taken a step further by Ford Territory Assure+. As a last-gen Territory owner, this program gives me the peace of mind that Ford really cares about its customers. And seeing what my fellow owners experienced, it was nice and chill, and everyone seemed happy knowing their cars are getting the right maintenance it needs.
