BMW PH inaugurates new RSA Motors EDSA Service Center

BMW Philippines, under the distributorship of SMC Asia Cars Distributors Corporation, is bringing and making its aftersales services closer and more convenient to its customers with the inauguration of the new RSA Motors EDSA.
A dedicated service facility for BMW vehicles, it’s located at 151 Epifanio De Los Santos Avenue, Wack-Wack Greenhills East, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, close to one of the country’s central business districts—the Ortigas Center.

The new facility follows the BMW Retail.Next concept which was first seen at the Premier Cars BMW dealership in Pampanga, which is designed to offer a more personalized customer experience through a more welcoming environment with contemporary architectural touches. It features a customer lounge, and its service area is equipped with 10 vehicle bays.
The inauguration of RSA Motors EDSA also marks the introduction of the new BMW Service Fast Lane where customers will be able to experience a quicker service experience with a faster reception process to get vehicles into the service center, new and streamlined procedures for preventive maintenance and minor services, and an optimized workflow for service technicians, while still following BMW service quality standards.
