AC Motors announces ‘Master Mechanics’ online aftersales program
AC Motors, the automotive and motorcycle subsidiary of the Ayala Corporation has just announced their new online aftersales program dubbed the Master Mechanics. This program is available online via e-mail, Facebook, and SMS for all five automotive brands under AC Motors which are Honda, Isuzu, Volkswagen, Kia, and Maxus, as well as motorcycle brand, KTM.
The Master Mechanics online program is AC Motors’ response to keep in step with the extraordinary times of the Covid-19 pandemic, and highlights the company’s priority to protect the health and safety of its valued customers while at the same time keeping true to its commitment to provide quality products and aftersales services.
The program is composed of 40 aftersales managers and advisors who will provide a customer-centric, one-top aftersales consultation service. The Master Mechanics online helpdesk allows customers who have concerns such as: vehicle care, do-it-yourself maintenance advisory, basic warranty policies, car and motorcycle inquiries, dealer information and services, accessories, product and brand-specific inquiries, and guided basic checks, to no longer visit a dealership or service center.
The process of face-to-face dealer transactions are also expedited as all processes needed during a customer’s visit are already sorted out and arranged beforehand. The Master Mechanics advisors can also help facilitate between customers and emergency responders, such as towing services and hospitals, in the event of unexpected road accidents or breakdowns.The Master Mechanics online aftersales consultation services are free of charge, and available to any owner of a model from any of the six AC Motors brands.
