ACMobility partners with Robinsons Malls to expand EV charging network

ACMobility is on a mission to further expand the EV charging network in the Philippines by partnering with Robinsons Malls to help spread it to more remote areas, specifically key provincial areas.
By the first quarter of this year, there will be 10 EV charging hubs that will be launched and fully operational, with two 22kW charging points, save for Robinsons Butuan with two 7kW charging points.
Five of these charging hubs are already operational; they can be found in Robinsons Ilocos Norte, Iloilo, Roxas, Dumaguete, and Pagadian. Additional hubs are set to open up in Tugegarao, Santiago, La Union, and Antique for Luzon and Visayas, with Robinsons Iligan, Butuan, and Valencia for Mindanao.

All of these charging points can be located and operated using the Evro app, which allows EV owners to see real-time availability, navigate to these chargers, pay, and monitor their vehicles while charging.
“As one of the country’s leading mall operators, Robinsons enables us to further scale our EV network through the deployment of charging infrastructure in highly accessible, high-traffic locations,” said ACMobility Head of Mobility Infrastructure Carla Buencamino. “This partnership supports our broader goal of building a reliable, nationwide charging backbone that addresses range anxiety, strengthens connectivity between cities and provinces, and gives more Filipinos the confidence to adopt EVs as part of their everyday mobility.”
