Catch these at the 1st race weekend of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup at Riverpark, Cavite

The first race weekend of the 2026 Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup will be taking place very soon, this coming March 13- 15, 2026 at the Riverpark, Cavite. This is going to be one season that you can’t miss, and it will be the debut of many firsts for the series.

First up, the all-new Tamaraw OMR vehicles will be making their official Sprint Race debut, and they can be found in the Tamaraw Racing Class.

Several new and familiar racers will also pilot these new race machines, and they are Toyota Motor Philippines President Masando Hashimoto, Chenee Jimenez, Alex Lim (BanaweBoy), Justin Buzzhype, Enzo Ison, and Will Lucas. They’ll be going up against former Vios Cup champions such as Iñigo Anton, Dominic Ochoa, Alain Alzona, and Jesse Garcia.

Of course, the Vios OMR will be returning in the same Sporting, Super Sporting, and Legacy Class, with 30 racers filling up the grid in Toyota Motor Philippines’ most popular and beloved sedan.

More interesting is the venue for the first leg as the series will be kicking off with a street race to be held on a 2.4km street circuit found in Riverpark, a Federal Land Community found in General Trias, Cavite. It’s very accessible being around 35 minutes away from Metro Manila, and entrance is free.

Event-goers can also look forward to seeing the all-new Toyota RAV4 and Urban Cruiser in the metal before they’re officially released, alongside GR performance vehicles and Lexus models.

Sim rigs, original GR merchandise, and even Toyota Car Club members can officially rep their vehicles on the streets for everyone to see.

Event goers should register to get their free passes at https://www.tgrphcup.com/, or if you can’t make it, the event will be live streamed on the official Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippines Facebook and YouTube pages starting 9:00am.
