Changan PH updates CS15 for 2026, priced at Php 850K

Changan Philippines, under the distributorship of Inchcape Philippines, is giving its entry-level crossover, the CS15, a host of updates for the 2026 model year.

Launched in our market at the 2024 Manila International Auto Show, the CS15 is aimed at models such as the popular Toyota Raize and the Geely GX3 Pro. With the updates, its retail price now sits at Php 850,000, an increase of Php 51,000.

So with that price difference, what exactly has Changan Philippines done here?

While it still looks very much the same as the pre-refresh version, the front fascia gets what Changan calls its new Multi-Dimensional Rhombic Grille, finished in gloss black, and replacing the old horizontal chrome slats. The 17-inch alloy wheels are also now finished in gunmetal gray.

Inside, it gets a new and larger 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system that features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, along with two USB-A ports (front and rear) and one USB-C port, and a new rear aircon vent.

Other equipment remains the same, including halogen headlights, a sunroof, leather seat upholstery, a seven-inch digital instrument cluster, four-speaker audio system, and a reverse camera. Available exterior colors are Glitter Galaxy, Silver Gray, Red, Shiny Pearl Black, and Snowy White.

The Changan CS15 remains powered by a 1.5-liter BlueCore four-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 105 horsepower and 145Nm of torque, mated to a five-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).

With all that in mind, do you think the refreshed Changan CS15 is worth its new asking price?
