Denza launches in PH this Feb 2026, first 4 dealerships announced

We all know that another new automotive brand from China is set to enter the Philippine market. Denza, the luxury sub-brand of BYD, will soon be making its local debut, but we have a couple more details about the brand’s entry.
Founded in 2010 through a joint venture between BYD and what is now the Mercedes-Benz Group, the brand will be making its formal debut this coming February 27, 2026, under the management of BYD Philippines, a direct subsidiary of the BYD Auto Co., Ltd., and a separate entity from ACMobility’s BYD Cars Philippines, which handles sales of mainstream BYD vehicles.

The company will initially have four dealerships at launch. The first, Denza Makati, is located at 2261 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City, and will be operated by Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Philippines) Ltd. Corp.
The other three will be Denza Alabang and Denza Cebu which will be operated by the newly established ACMobility Premium Dealership, Inc., a subsidiary of BYD distributor ACMobility; and Denza Greenhills which will be operated by E-Vantage Motors, Inc.

We also already knew about the brand’s all-plug-in hybrid (PHEV) initial lineup, composed of the Denza B5 and Denza B8 SUVs, and the Denza D9 MPV which is its flagship offering.
The B5 and B8 are luxury off-roader SUVs which are originally from BYD’s Fangchengbao brand, and sold under Denza for export markets. Meanwhile, the D9 is based on the BYD eMax 9 DM-i. You can read more about these three models here.
“Our role in the Philippines is to build Denza the right way—with leadership, clarity, and long-term intent. We’re not here simply to introduce vehicles, but to establish a premium brand that Filipino customers can trust and grow with over time,” said BYD & Denza Philippines Brand Head Adam Hu.
“The Philippine market is advancing rapidly and is ready for a new expression of premium. Our responsibility as brand leaders is to introduce Denza in a way that reflects local expectations while staying true to its global standards,” he added.
