Ford Everest Sport to be launched online on May 21

Another addition to the Ford Everest lineup is coming

A new variant will be added to the Ford Everest lineup soon. Ford Philippines has announced on their Facebook page that they will be launching the Everest Sport on May 21, 2020 at 6:00 PM. The launch and unveiling will be held online as with many other launches the past weeks, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The launch was originally to be held on March 18, 2020.

If based on the Thai-version of the SUV, the Sport variant adds mostly some cosmetic upgrades to the Titanium 4×2 variant. Local Ford Everest supply is sourced from Ford’s manufacturing plant in Thailand.

Upgrades in this variant include ‘Sport’ badges, Everest badging on the hood, blacked-out exterior panels, blacked-out grille similar to that of the Ranger FX4, blacked-out 20-inch alloy wheels, blue panels on the dashboard, and blue-stitching. A Deep Crystal Blue exterior color is also exclusive to this variant.

No pricing is available yet, as well as official specifications but we’ll surely release more information once they become available or once the vehicle is officially announced.
