Ford Mustang Mach-E confirmed for PH launch in Q3 2025

More than half a year after announcing that they’ll be introducing their first electrified offerings, Ford Philippines has confirmed the very first one. Set to arrive in our market by the third quarter of this year, the blue oval brand will be introducing the fully electric Mustang Mach-E

As opposed to the iconic Mustang, the Mustang Mach-E is a crossover and is one of the few fully electric models on offer by the American automaker today, first revealed in 2019. Its name is inspired by the Mach 1 variant of the first generation of the iconic nameplate, and it is built on the Global Electrified 1 (GE1) platform.

Specific details such as specifications, features, variants, and pricing of the Mustang Mach-E have not been revealed yet but Ford Philippines says that they will announce these closer to the launch.

And by now you probably already know that the Mustang Mach-E ditches the naturally-aspirated V8 of the Mustang GT in favor of single or dual electric motors depending on the variant. Based on what other markets get, this is good for between 269-487 horsepower and can offer as much as 483km of range on a single charge.

Would you choose the Ford Mustang Mach-E over rivals such as the Tesla Model Y and Hyundai Ioniq 5, or even versus the popular turbocharged four-cylinder or naturally-aspirated V8-powered fastback versions.
