Ford PH is going to launch the F-150

Ford Philippines is set to relaunch the F-150 full-size pick-up truck in the country after almost two decades of absence in the local market. Invites were sent earlier today to the motoring media for a virtual launch event.

The teaser showing the words “BIG. BAD. BOLD” has an image of what is definitely the F-150 in the background. When launched, it will be competing mainly with the Ram 1500 (Dodge Ram).

The current Ford F-150 is now in its thirteenth generation and has been available in North America since 2015. Ford Philippines will most likely be offering the four-door version and a powertrain similar to its SUV sibling, the Expedition.

Exact specs and features, and pricing have not yet been announced so we’ll have to wait for the June 24 launch date.
