Foton PH strengthens its aftersales with EC programs

Some things to make owning a Foton more convenient.

As we continue to adjust to the new normal thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, Foton Philippines wants to make owning any of their vehicles a lot more convenient by rolling out some new programs which should strengthen their aftersales service.

Foton calls these programs “EC” which is most likely a shortcut for the word “easy,” of course to make the ownership experience a lot easier. There are two programs to be exact. The first is the EC Mobile Service program while the second is the EC Genuine Parts Free Delivery program.

EC Mobile Service

Under the EC Mobile Service Program, Foton can bring their maintenance services wherever you are. This is similar to what Chery Auto Philippines, which is under the same distributor, introduced earlier in July. This allows customers to receive the service they need easily with just a phone call. This also allows them to maintain precautionary measures against the spread of COVID-19 in the new normal, while still being able to avail essential services for their vehicles.

Accompanied by skilled professional mechanics, the commercial vehicle brand’s on-call maintenance service is capable of extending Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS), onboard electronic trouble-shooting and diagnosing, as well as repairs related to aircon, engine electrical, mechanical, and under chassis. 

The service is equipped with special equipment that are essential for the operation of its services including a 3.5-kilowatt generator set that can be used to power the service tools such as a 1.5 HP air compressor, an impact wrench, and even light bulbs that could enable technicians to work with precision at night or in not well-lit areas. 

The EC Mobile Service Program is available in Metro Manila and Cebu as of the moment and will be expanding soon. If you need maintenance services and repairs at home, at work, and even on the road, just give their hotlines a call.

EC Genuine Parts Free Delivery Promo

Next we have the Foton EC Genuine Parts FREE Delivery Promo. This program should make it easier and more convenient  for customers and business establishments who own Foton vehicles to find genuine parts. The process takes just 4 steps.

From August 1 to August 31, customers can inquire and purchase vehicle parts from the comfort of their homes or offices, and enjoy free delivery. The steps are as follows:

  1. Call or text the Foton EC Parts hotline at 0999-999-9998.
  2. Tell them what you need.
  3. Pay online.
  4. Receive your package at your doorstep through the company’s partner delivery service courier.

All transactions ensure safety by applying no-contact ordering and online payment method, preventing any chances of infectious disease transmission. Once order is confirmed, the delivery account details will be provided by the Foton Parts Team. The maximum volumetric weight of every package is 20 kilograms and the delivery will be facilitated and handled by their accredited courier partners with observed precaution.
