Geely PH breaks ground for new dealerships in Bacolod, Calamba, and Tacloban

Nothing is stopping Geely from expanding its presence in the Philippines. In a bid to expedite its dealer network expansion all over the country, Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP), the brand’s official distributor in the country, conducted a series of groundbreaking ceremonies for new dealerships in different provinces last month.

In Luzon, Geely will soon have its presence in Calamba, Laguna. Alphamile Automotive Dealers Inc. headed by Messrs. Paul and Mark Tionson, broke ground for the Geely Calamba dealership. Alphamile’s Geely Calamba outlet will be housed in a 1,500 sqm lot located along AH26 in Brgy. Makiling, Calamba, Laguna. The planned dealership facilities will have 6 service bays and can accommodate 6 vehicles for display.

In the Visayas region, Topcars Autoworld Corporation and MNV Auto Group Inc. broke ground for Geely Tacloban and Bacolod, respectively.

Operating for almost a decade in the automotive business, Geely Tacloban is Topcars Autoworld Corporation’s 7th dealership in the market. The 1,000 sqm outlet will have 6 service bays and can accommodate a display of 4 to 5 vehicles inside the showroom.  Geely Tacloban is located along Tabuan National Highway in Palo, Leyte.

Meanwhile, MNV Group’s Geely Bacolod is also a 1,000 sqm dealership facility located along Magsaysay Ave., Bacolod City. It has 6 service bays and can accommodate 4 to 5 vehicles for showroom display.

“I am very pleased to welcome Geely Calamba, Tacloban, and Bacolod in the Geely network as we aggressively expand our dealership network in the Southern Luzon provinces, Visayas, and the rest of the country,” SGAP President & CEO Yosuke Nishi said.  “The addition of these three outlets will further strengthen Geely’s market presence and at the same time provide residents of these areas access to Geely’s exciting and high technology vehicles and world class facilities.”  Nishi added.

Geely Calamba, Tacloban, and Bacolod outlets are expected to be fully operational at the start of 2022.
