Hyundai Motor PH expands its Mobile Service fleet

One of Hyundai Motor Philippines’ after-sales service programs is its Hyundai Mobile Service, which allows authorized dealers to bring the after-sales support from the dealership straight from the dealership to customers, whether via roadside assistance or on-site servicing for enhanced convenience.
Last March 26, a second batch of Hyundai Mobile Service Staria Cargo units loaded with tools and equipment were turned over to 10 additional dealerships, which are:
· Hyundai Cabanatuan City
· Hyundai Cebu Talisay
· Hyundai Dasmariñas Cavite
· Hyundai Dumaguete
· Hyundai La Union
· Hyundai Marikina
· Hyundai Marilao
· Hyundai Pasig
· Hyundai Quezon Avenue
· Hyundai Silang

This brings the grand total of dealerships that offer Mobile Service to 22 across the country. Also, these mobile service units are capable of doing preventive maintenance services (PMS), light general jobs, vehicle inspections, and roadside rescues.

“In 2024, our Hyundai Mobile Service units traveled to 159 locations, servicing a total of 871 customer vehicles in just one year. This proves our commitment to providing support for our customers around the country, even outside of the dealership. We at Hyundai believe that our purpose as a brand goes beyond just selling global quality products but also ensuring our customers’ safe travels through topnotch after-sales service and support,” said HMPH President Jiho Son in his special message.
