Hyundai shows-off 2021 Tucson’s revolutionary design
Hyundai has revealed the first images of the latest iteration of its Tucson compact crossover. The new generation will be the model’s fourth after it was first introduced to the world in 2004.
The all-new 2021 Hyundai Tucson will be officially revealed in full form on September 15. The new design fully embraces Hyundai’s ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design identity, first introduced on the new Elantra. This brings an emotional punch to Tucson’s avant-garde ‘Parametric Dynamics’ design theme.
New design highlights include the latest evolution of Hyundai’s signature headlamp architecture called ‘Parametric Hidden Lights’ and a dual cockpit layout that offers personalized space intuitively optimized for a high-tech user experience. Overall, this new model is bigger and wider than previous generation Tucsons.
In front, we see Hyundai’s new Parametric Dynamics design theme. Parametric Hidden Lights provide a strong first impression. These signature daytime running lights are seamlessly integrated into the jewel-like grille, only revealed when turned on. Inside, based on the sketch, the all-new Tucson will be getting a very futuristic design. The Tucson’s interior layout features lower instrument display hence it won’t be getting a traditional gauge cluster housing that we’re used to, for a decluttered look. We also see sleek climate vents and a fully touchscreen center-stack.
We’ll have more information on the all-new 4th-generation Hyundai Tucson once its world premiere is held on September 15, 2020.
