Images of 2021 Toyota Hilux facelift leaked
The first images of what looks like the facelifted Toyota Hilux for 2021 have been leaked online. The images were uploaded by MileleMotors on their website.
It appears that the facelifted Toyota Hilux will be receiving a significantly updated front end with a new grille, headlight cluster with an option for full LED headlights, and bumper. At the back the taillights retain the same overall shape but with a sportier LED cluster design. There are also new designs for 17 and 18-inch alloy wheels.
There is no word yet as to changes to the engine choices or if the current engines will be updated. We currently get choices of a 2.4-liter four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with 147 hp and 360 N-m of torque, or a 2.8-liter four-cylinder turbocharged diesel with 175 hp and 450 N-m of torque.
The Toyota Hilux is one of the most popular pick-up truck nameplates around the world. It is the best-selling pick-up in the Philippines with 20,846 units sold around the country in 2019.
