Isuzu D-MAX pricing goes up for 2026, some variants discontinued

In September last year, Isuzu Philippines (IPC) announced that pricing for the D-MAX midsize pickup truck would remain unchanged despite the implementation of the Capital Markets Efficiency Promotions Act (CMEPA), which removes the excise tax exemption of pickup trucks in our market, thanks to existing inventory at that time.

This was great news for those looking to buy a brand-new 2025 model year pickup truck at lower prices, especially with other brands increasing retail prices for their own pickup truck offerings left and right. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.

With old inventory probably already exhausted, a quick look at IPC’s website shows that they have increased the retail prices of the D-MAX for the 2026 model year, ranging from an additional Php 109,000 to as much as Php 399,000. Check out the new prices below:

Model and VariantNew PricePrice Increase
D-Max 1.9 RZ4E Single Cab 4×2 M/TPhp 978,000

D-Max 3.0 LS-E 4×4 A/TPhp 2,394,000Php 399,000

It’s worth noting that the entry-level D-MAX 1.9 RZ4E Single Cab 4×2 M/T variant retains its original retail price of Php 978,000 as it qualifies for exemption as it is classified as a single-cab pickup truck. Meanwhile, the 3.0 LS-A grades have been discontinued in favor of the 3.0 LS-A Plus grades which are retained, but also with price increases.

What do you think of the new prices, and how will these affect your Isuzu D-MAX buying decision?
