Jetour T1 i-DM gets a more adventurous Panther variant, priced at Php 2.098M

Jetour Auto Philippines is one of the few Chinese automakers in our market that’s putting a focus on offering more rugged-looking and off-road ready vehicles in its lineup. This is obvious from its popular T2, and the T1 which was launched in October last year.
A few months after its local debut, the latter is already getting some added features, thanks to a new Panther variant that was silently revealed at the recently concluded OutdoorFest Philippines, held on February 21-22, 2026.
This gets some more adventure-oriented bits that cannot be found on the standard T1 Lightning i-DM, namely, 255/55 R19 tires replacing the standard 235/50 R19 tires, a side ladder, retractable stepboard, and a roof rack with integrated LED lights.
Other features remain the same such as its rectangular front grille with an integrated light strip, full LED lighting, 19-inch two-tone alloy wheels, 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Sony audio system, and leather seats.
It also remains mechanically unchanged compared to the T1 Lightning i-DM, still powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired to an electric motor, mated to a dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT), and capable of driving up to 117km on pure electric propulsion, or over 1,000km on a single full tank of gas and full charge.
Pricing for the Jetour T1 i-DM Panther is set at Php 2,098,000 or Php 200,000 more than the standard Lightning i-DM variant. Do you think the additional price is worth it for the additional adventure goodies?
