Kia PH confirms arrival of all-new Carnival this 1Q 2022
Just yesterday, we reported that the fourth generation of the Kia Carnival may be launched very soon as units have already been seen on display in local Kia showrooms.
Kia Philippines has sent us a couple of photos showing units of the 2022 Carnival parked side-by-side after arriving at the Batangas Port in Batangas City, where most new cars from outside the country arrive. They’ve also confirmed that the launch will be happening within the next few months in the first quarter of this year.
They’ve also mentioned some of its standard equipment which include a power tailgate and sliding doors, second-row seats with ottoman leg rest and with all-power adjustment and ventilation, power sunroof, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Like we mentioned in a previous report, the 2022 Carnival is all-new and had its global reveal back in 2020. It’s a revolution over the previous generation with a more futuristic appearance on the outside, and a more premium and tech-laden interior.
No engine specifications and pricing have been announced just yet but you can read our previous report for that information.
For now, we’ll have to wait a little bit more for Kia Philippines to provide us with more information. They did say that more details about the all-new Kia Carnival will be released soon. Also, if you’re interested, you can already head to your nearest preferred dealer to make a reservation.
