Mazda will debut the Vision Model concept at Japan Mobility Show 2025

At the Japan Mobility Show 2025, one of the last few Japanese brands to announce what they will be showing off is Mazda.
With a theme of “The joy of driving fuels a sustainable tomorrow”, Mazda’s main exhibition will focus on cars with technologies that help reduce carbon emissions the more people drive. This will also include Mazda’s carbon capture technology and algae-derived carbon-neutral fuel.

For its vehicles, the Vision Model concept will be making its debut, which is a car that supposedly embodies Mazda’s “future of the joy of driving” in all aspects. Alongside this is the next-generation Mazda CX-5 which was announced in Europe back in July 2025.

Apart from this, there will be a CX-30 SeDV, a vehicle that allows physically impaired people to drive normally, a demonstration run of the Roadster No. 12 participating in the Super Taikyu ST-Q class utilizing Mazda’s carbon-neutral fuel, and more famously, the RX-7 FD owned by Naoko Nishimoto, the grandmother from Nagasaki who has been daily driving this vehicle up until she turned 80.
We will be on the ground at the Japan Mobility Show in a few weeks, so stay tuned for our coverage of all brands at the show.
