MIAS 2023: Jetour officially launches in PH market with three crossovers and a cute EV
The number of choices we have just keep expanding. After a preview with potential dealer partners as well as members of motoring media and content creators nearly a month ago, Jetour, a sub-brand of Chery Auto of China has officially entered the Philippine market.
Jetour Auto Philippines was created by the combined management of Gateway Group and Autospeedygo, some of the largest automotive dealer networks in the country today. The company launched to the public today at the 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).
Its initial lineup is composed of four models, starting with the Ice Cream Sundae fully-electric city car, the X70 and X70 Plus 7-seater crossovers, and the brand’s flagship Dashing compact crossover. You can read about each one of these models including their specifications and pricing here.
Right now, the company is working on establishing its dealer network with at least six (6) targeted to be operational within its first year of operations. Four (4) of which would be in Luzon, particularly within Metro Manila, and one each in Visayas and Mindanao.
What do you think of Jetour vehicles, will they stand-out enough in a sea of choices from various Chinese car brands?
