Mitsubishi Motors PH records 107% sales increase in September

As car companies continue to recover from the effects of ever changing lockdown classifications or just the pandemic in general, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) records healthy growth for the month of September.

All in all, MMPC recorded a 107% sales increase for the month of September, selling a total of 2,918 units led by the Mitsubishi L300 and Xpander.

The Mitsubishi L300 enjoyed a total sales of 1,038 units, a 158% sales increase for the month of September versus the previous month. The utility van topped its previous month’s performance by 636 units. Following the lead of the L300 is the Xpander. The 7-seater family MPV finished the month with 630 units sold which translates to 153% sales growth versus last month’s sales output.

The following is MMPC’s September sales numbers for each model:

  • Mirage/Mirage G4 – 470 units
  • Xpander – 630 units
  • Montero Sport – 325 units
  • Strada – 455 units
  • L300 – 1,038 units

Total: 2,918
