Mitsubishi Motors PH Turns Over 95 Strada Units To National Irrigation Administration

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC), together with its dealer partner, Citimotors Makati, turned over to the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) its new fleet of 95 Mitsubishi Strada pick-up truck units.

The Strada pick-up trucks were ordered by NIA and will be utilized as service vehicles of the government agency’s officers that are tasked to monitor and evaluate the status of on-going projects and maintenance activities.

The Mitsubishi Strada fits the requirements of the NIA as they would regularly need to traverse rough terrains that the officers would often encounter. With that, a durable and reliable pick-up truck is much needed.

“The acquisition of new vehicles is part of the modernization program of NIA. With our newly purchased trucks, we are confident that we will be able to achieve better efficiency and improve our service to the country,” says Gen. Ricardo R. Visaya, NIA Administrator

The turnover ceremony was well attended by top officials of NIA, Citimotors Makati and MMPC.

“Mitsubishi Motors – CT Citimotors Inc. is honored to have been awarded the fleet requirement of the National Irrigation Administration. Our partners can rest assured that our Mitsubishi Strada is a reliable pick-up truck that can live up to their expectations. Also, we guarantee NIA that we will consistently provide excellent committed service for easy ownership experience.” – said by Mr. Ting Almendral, AVP/Branch Head of CT Citimotors Inc., Makati

“Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation would like to congratulate the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) for their 58th founding anniversary. It is an honor for our products to be selected as their official service vehicle for their field operations. We are confident that the Mitsubishi Strada will be able to deliver to the task required. We assure NIA that Mitsubishi Motors Philippines and CT Citimotors Inc. will consistently provide the utmost support to all their vehicle service requirements.” – said Mr. Cecil Capacete, First Vice President, MMPC – Sales and Marketing.
