Nissan PH adds limited Kicks e-POWER Sport variant to lineup

The Nissan Kicks e-POWER continues to be a hot seller for Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI). How can it not be with it being one of the most affordable hybrid vehicles available in our market today, as well as its rather exhilarating driving experience.

To further entice buyers, NPI just announced on social media that they are offering a new limited edition variant of the Nissan Kicks e-POWER, the Sport. This is fitted with a couple of exterior accessories to make it look sportier (duh) and more attractive to buyers.

Based on the mid-grade VE variant of the Kicks, the Nissan Kicks e-POWER Sport package gets silver front, rear, and side skirts; as well as a rear tailgate spoiler also in silver. In addition, it is painted in an exclusive Galaxy Black exterior color which cannot be had with any other Kicks variant.

Other equipment remain identical to the VE variant such as full LED exterior lighting, 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels, 8-inch NissanConnect touchscreen infotainment system, 4-speaker audio system, fabric seats with blue stitching, intelligent forward collision warning, intelligent emergency braking, and 7-inch digital driver’s display, among others.

Like all other Nissan Kicks e-POWER variants, the Kicks e-POWER Sport is still powered by a 1.2-liter HR12DE naturally-aspirated Inline 3-cylinder gasoline engine paired with an EM47 AC synchronous electric motor and 213 kWh lithium-ion battery. Combined, it produces 136 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque. The engine is only used to charge the battery and electric motor.

The Nissan Kicks e-POWER Sport is available as a limited edition variant with only 150 units to be sold. It goes for a suggested retail price of Php 1,429,000.
