ACMobility inaugurates Ayala Malls Manila Bay EV charging station

ACMobility continues to grow its own, as well as the country’s charging station network with the inauguration of its newest facility at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

As we inaugurate the Ayala Malls Manila Bay EV Charging Hub, we are empowering Filipinos to move forward into a sustainable future,” said ACMobility CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala. “This reflects ACMobility’s vision of creating an EV ecosystem that provides convenience and value to Filipinos and supports the nation’s sustainability goals,” he added.

Located by the Almario Road parking entrance of Ayala Malls Manila Bay, the new charging station is capable of accommodating up to five vehicles charging at the same time with its three 22 kW AC chargers for Type 2 and GB/T charging, as well as one 120 kW DC fast charger for CCS2 charging that is capable of charging two vehicles at the same time.

You’ll need to download the Evro app to use the charging station.

ACMobility has also partnered with Evro to make the charging experience easier through its smartphone app which can help you locate charging stations and display their availability and compatibility, as well as lets you monitor your vehicle’s charging status. Evro is under 917ventures of the Globe Group, which like ACMobility is also under the Ayala Corporation.

As of July, we’re proud to say we have visibility of over 100 charging locations nationwide which will be fully rolled out by the end of 2024. We appreciate the unwavering support of our partners in Ayala, and others who share our passion for this, as we continue redefining mobility standards in the Philippines,” Zobel added.
