Ford PH celebrates its top performing dealerships in latest dealer convention
With continuous success lately, Ford Philippines is giving back to its top-performing dealerships and their teams by recognizing them with awards in the recent 2024 Ford Dealer Convention which was held at the Okada Manila.
“We would like to congratulate our outstanding dealer employees and teams for their excellent performance that greatly contributed to the success of Ford Philippines last year,” said Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen. “We hope that these accomplishments will further inspire and motivate the rest of our dealer community to continue delivering a great sales and service experience to our customers.”

The first awards were given in the Sales category with the ANC Group receiving the award for being the blue oval brand’s Top Selling Dealer Group. Meanwhile, Ford Global City is the Top Selling Dealer in Metro Manila and also received awards as Top Dealer for Territory Retail Sales and Top Dealer for Fleet Sales. Ford Pampanga is the Top Selling Dealer among provincial dealerships.

Ford Alabang and Ford Davao were also both awarded as Top Dealer for Ranger Retail Sales for Metro Manila and provincial categories, respectively.
Awards were also given out in the Service and Customer Experience (CX) categories.
Ford Global City garnered more here as the Top Selling Dealer for Accessories and Top Selling Dealer for Extended Service Business. Ford Marikina and Ford Surigao each received awards for Best in Parts Wholesale Performance while Ford Alabang and Ford Sta. Rosa both received awards as the Service Team of the Year.
Meanwhile, Ford Otis Manila and Ford Ormoc received awards for Top Customer Experience Index Performance in Sales, while Ford Alabang and Ford Sta. Rosa received the same but for service.
Awards were also given for Top 5 Retail Sales Consultants to outstanding sales agents each in Metro Manila and in the provinces, as well as awards for Warranty Processor of the Year, Top Customer Experience Index Performance – Sales Consultant, Top Customer Experience Index Performance – Service Advisor, Top Fix It Right The First Time Performance Junior Technician, and Top Fix It Right The First Time Performance Master Technician.
