JAC JS6 now available in PH for Php 1.380M
After a preview a few months ago at the 2024 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), the JAC JS6 is now officially available in our market, right in time for the Chinese automaker’s 60th anniversary as well, as announced by JAC Motors Philippines which is under the Astara Philippines umbrella.
The Philippine-spec JAC JS6 is available in just one variant which is priced at Php 1,380,000. Size-wise, it’s considered as a compact crossover and measures at a length of 4,605 mm, width of 1,890 mm, and a height of 1,700 mm. It rides on a 2,720 mm wheelbase.

In terms of looks, it wears a similar design language as other crossovers in the local JAC Motors lineup. Its front fascia is dominated by split headlights with the daytime running lights on top, and the main headlight cluster on the bumper, connected by the front grille. The rear features a full-width light bar for the taillights. The interior on the other hand features a dual screen setup, as well as sport seats.

Standard equipment include quad LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, power-folding side mirrors, a power tailgate, panoramic sunroof, leather seats, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 8-speaker audio system, and a wireless phone charger, among others.
Buyers can also choose from five different exterior color options—Pearl White, Carmenere Red, Moonstone Blue, Stylish Black, and Obsidian Grey.
Powering the JAC JS6 is a 1.5-liter Inline 4-cylinder direct injection turbocharged gasoline engine that produces 182 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.
It is also equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that includes Automatic Emergency Brake System, Lane Departure Warning, Frontal Collision Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring and Intelligent Remote Light Switch. These are in addition to six airbags, ISOFIX childseat anchors, and electronic stability program.

Right now, the JAC JS6 can be purchased at the only operational JAC Motors dealership in the country, JAC Motors Manila Bay. The company will soon be expanding its presence with more dealerships.
