While the BMW iX2 is related to the iX1, it is very much different when it comes to looks. Mainly setting it apart is it’s coupé-like silhouette with a sloped rear roof. It also gets different design details making it more distinct from its subcompact crossover sibling such as different LED headlights, a hexagonal kidney grille (closed-off as this is electric), and more muscular body panels.

Inside, it’s identical to the iX1 with its curved housing for the 10.25-inch digital driver’s display and 10.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and Harman Kardon audio system.
The M Sport package gives it M Sport 19-inch alloy wheels, a sportier set of bumpers, and black M Alcantara and Veganza leather seat upholstery. Available exterior colors for the BMW iX2 are Brooklyn Grey, Portimao Blue, Alpine White, and Black Sapphire.

Like the iX1, powering the BMW iX2 is a single electric motor paired to a 64.8 kWh lithium-ion battery. This produces 207 horsepower and a slightly more 250 Nm of torque, mated to a single-speed transmission that sends power to the front wheels. Its driving range is estimated at between 439 to 478 kilometers.
