Honda Cars PH inaugurates new training center and parts warehouse

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is putting to good use its former assembly plant and current head office in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna as it has been transformed into a new training center and parts warehouse.

Inaugurated last August 30, 2024, the newly opened facility began its planning in September 2023, in a bid for the company to “continuously provide the best quality service for customers through the empowerment and support of its dealer partners.”

The new training center was built following HCPI’s standard for its dealerships around the country, including a Honda workshop and even an official Honda merchandise display center. It also features interactive technician training through the use of the latest technology for body and paint tools, and equipment. This also includes a body aligner and a paint booth, meeting Honda Motor standards.

HCPI was also proud to say that the layout of the training center has adapted to its Active Reception Process which enables dealer frontliners to have realistic and hands-on training that will help them provide a more meaningful aftersales experience for customers.

On the other hand, the company’s new parts warehouse is managed in partnership with Honda Logistics Philippines and will help achieve more efficient warehousing capabilities, featuring the latest design for storage tools and racks, as well as equipment such as an order picker. It will also make access to genuine Honda parts and accessories easier for dealer partners.

The inauguration was graced by executives from Asian Honda, Honda Logistics Management, and dealer partners.
