Hyundai Motor PH delivers first batch of IONIQ 5 N and Elantra N customer units in special handover event
A bunch of lucky new Hyundai IONIQ 5 N and Hyundai Elantra N customers are now happily enjoying their new high-performance vehicles as the first batch of N units have officially been handed-over to them by Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH).
Taking place last September 7, HMPH gathered the first 18 customers of their N vehicles at the Okada Manila where they were also able to experience the capabilities of their vehicles firsthand through a drift stunt exhibition at the popular hotel and casino’s boardwalk.
The exhibition was done by Autocraft Drift Philippines of Mr. Audel Sison (aka Dr. Drift), together with his daughters Ariane and Ashley Sison, all in the Elantra N. Sungu Cho, a professional Korean drifter and D Spec Motorsports Team CEO, also showcased the IONIQ 5 N Drift Spec which was brought in from South Korea.
Customers were also able to experience the prepared track themselves through a drift taxi ride with Autocraft Drift Philippines and the D Spec Motorsports Team.

Hyundai’s performance N line was introduced in the Philippine market during the 2024 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) in April, with the launch of the Elantra N high-performance compact sedan, and IONIQ 5 N high-performance EV crossover. These two models are currently available at the country’s four Hyundai N dealerships–Hyundai Alabang, Commonwealth, Makati, and Pasig.
