The 2024 season of the Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) Philippine Cup has come to a successful close with its third and final leg held last November 9 (Saturday) at the Clark International Speedway in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

As it has always been, the star of the one-make race was the Toyota Vios OMR car. Race Weekend 3 was also divided into four categories—Novice Class, Promotional Class, Sporting Class, and Super Sporting Class, same with previous legs.

Also like before, TMP President Masando Hashimoto himself raced in the Novice Class under the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippines Team. In fact, he had to cut a business trip short to be able to compete in the season’s final race.

I wanted to meet the racers, mechanics, coaches and motorsports fans—this is my motivation for coming back. Today is the last race weekend of the TGR Philippine Cup, which will decide the season winners, so I wanted to say congratulations to them,” he said.

The winners for this season were also announced.
