Nissan PH’s 2024 ended on a strong note
One might think with the recent news surrounding Nissan’s financial troubles, its local counterpart—Nissan Philippines—is having trouble, but think again.
It ended 2024 with over 26,000 units sold. No exact sales figures were provided, though.
That year, the Terra, Navara, Patrol, Urvan, and Livina were within the top five of their segments, contributing to Nissan’s strong performance within the market.
Retail sales grew by 14% in the 2024 fiscal year, and four new dealerships nationwide were opened up, bringing the grand total to 56, with the first-ever pop-up showroom in Cavite.
Its 55th year in the Philippines was also marked by a new brand direction of Always Daring, where it will be focused on innovation and customer engagement.
Apart from that, the brand launched two updated models— the Navara and Almera Sport, with the all-new Z Nismo leading the charge as its new offering.
This year, expect many new things from the brand, such as 23 different stops of the nationwide Nissan Intelligent Mobility Tour, where the first stop of the year was concluded in Pangasinan last weekend, and other future cars to come.
