The Peugeot Traveller is back in PH with Php 3.1M SRP

The Peugeot Traveller is back in the Philippines. Peugeot Philippines, under its new distributor Astara, quietly reintroduced the model to their lineup with it being the third since they took over distributorship of the French automaker.

Available in a single variant, the Traveller Premium, the new model is similar to what was offered by the previous distributor. It is also imported directly from France.

Looking at the 2022 Peugeot Traveller Premium’s exterior and interior, it is still essentially the same model that was introduced locally back in 2018. Standard exterior equipment are Xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, dual power sliding doors with hands-free function, and dual glass roof panels.

Inside it gets Claudia leather seats, a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, 3.5-inch head-up display, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and removable 2nd and 3rd row seats which can also be set-up into a lounge, with the seats facing each other, with a retractable table.

Under the hood, the 2022 Peugeot Traveller Premium is still powered by a 2.0-liter BlueHDi turbodiesel engine that produces 150 horsepower and 370 Nm of torque. It is paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission with power sent to the front wheels.

For safety, the 2022 Peugeot Traveller Premium gets dual front airbags, side airbags, anti-lock braking system, electronic brakeforce distribution, brake assist, electronic stability program, hill climb assist, and tire pressure detection. It also gets driver attention alert, blind spot monitoring, a 180° Visiopark 1 reverse camera, and front and rear parking sensors.

The 2022 Peugeot Traveller Premium will soon be available at local Peugeot dealerships with a suggested retail price of Php 3,100,000.
