AutoPH, otherwise known as AutoPH: Cars & Drives and registered to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as AutoPH Media Productions, through its online channels and/or platforms, https://theautoph.com, https://youtube.com/AutoPH, https://facebook.com/TheAutoPH, and https://instagram.com/TheAuto_PH, are motoring content sites providing reviews, news, and connecting potential buyers with dealers and/or agents.
Any form of access to any of our online platforms is subject to these terms and conditions. From this moment on, any access to these platforms and on each occasion thereafter will determine that you have accepted all the terms and conditions that apply to their use and the facilities and services provided by them. - Deals and promos published on our platforms are supplied by various automotive/motorcycle companies. This information may also be supplied by a partner dealer. The price and other terms of any sale remain the subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and seller and we do not have any control over this.

- Any material related to deals and promos, new vehicles, and/or any other products or services found on our platforms will not be used, reproduced and/or published on other websites and pages.
- Various partner contact information may be available to view on some pages of our website and/or social media platforms. You must not use any of these to contact for reasons other than in connection with a genuine inquiry relating to the deal/promo or vehicle.
- All information found on our media platforms are posted by an authorized and official AutoPH team member. Information is received directly from car and motorcycle companies, marketing and PR firms, and partner dealerships/agents. With this, any technical inaccuracies, omissions and other incorrect information may occasionally appear on our content. All visitors are invited to bring any incorrect or false information to our attention by reporting it to us at [email protected] with ‘Info Correction’ as the subject line.

- Our online media platforms may show advertisements placed by third parties to advertise their products and/or services. We do not own any of the products and/or services advertised and have no liability for any losses that you may incur as a result of purchasing any products and/or services advertised by third parties.

- AutoPH is not responsible for any breach or misunderstandings with regard to warranties and terms and conditions between our partner dealers or merchants and the buyer.
- Any defects to products purchased through our platforms must be reported to our partners and not to us. We do not and cannot provide after-sales connections between dealers and customers.

Any information provided by you upon filling out inquiry and contact forms shall be made truthful, accurate and complete. Registering using another person’s name and/or identity is also strictly prohibited.
