The Clark International Festival of Speed 4-Wheel Festival 2025 caps off with a large 236-car parade

Last weekend, the Clark International Festival of Speed 4-Wheel Festival was held in Clark, Pampanga, where cars of all kinds gathered in the city for a celebration of all things fast and four wheels, capped off by a 236-car Tour d’Elegance that ended up with a celebratory lap around the Clark International Speedway.

First off, the Philippine Motorsport Championship Series (PHIMOS) is a racing series where 196 entries across various events and categories, with different models and championships going at it with each other, but the bad weather on Sunday cut the Sunday championship short.

Car meets also happened, where two notable events took place. On Friday, the On The Grid by No Limits featured 220 vehicles from exotics, tuners, classics, domestic cars, and JDM vehicles.

Then on Saturday night, the Legends of the ’90s hosted its second annual meet, with a select 165 cars from the ‘90s era drawing crowds and communities together.

The entire day also held the inaugural CIFOS Shutter Session Contest, where photo and video competitions were held, with the first phase of the contest aimed at promoting the PHIMOS racing series, and to give budding photographers and videographers opportunities.

Among all the cars on display, the 1962 Formula Junior Edsbrat was displayed in Trade Hall 2, which was built in Hong Kong by Eddy Carvalho, the first Macau Grand Prix winner. What makes this special is that this is the only Formula Junior to be built in Asia and the only remaining one in existence today.

Finally, the Tour d’Elegance parade was the highlight of the weekend, where invited guests from select racers, hobbyists, and car clubs gathered together at the Fort Stotsenburg Parade Grounds (Clark Parade Grounds).

The 236-car strong parade was led by Kilton Motor Corporation & CIS President Johnny Tan driving a Jaguar XK8, with Angie King driving her Ferrari 458 GT3 in a Philippine flag livery, rounding up the grid at the rear. This whole grid broke the record of the inaugural car parade last year, which held only 80 cars.

With the 4-Wheel Festival finished, the upcoming CIFOS 2-Wheel Festival will be held on November 28 to 30, celebrating all things motorcycles.
