The Ford Everest is the top-selling 4×4 midsize SUV in PH

While its total sales declined from over 24,000 units to just under 22,000 units, and its industry ranking dropped from third to fifth, compared to 2024, it’s not yet the end of the world for Ford Philippines.

Based on data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI), the American automaker was still able to top specific segments in the local automotive market for 2025, particularly with its Everest midsize SUV, and iconic Mustang sports car.

The Ford Everest was able to top the 4×4 Midsize SUV category, cornering 40% of the market, and beating even the segment’s top selling model, the Toyota Fortuner. The specific number of Everest 4×4 units sold were not provided by the company, but it doesn’t come as a surprise seeing the actual number of 4×4 Everest units on the road compared to its other rival models’ 4×4 variants.

Meanwhile, the Ford Mustang was also able to top the Sports Car category with a 32% market share. The exact number was also not shared to us by Ford Philippines.

We are deeply honored by the trust our customers have placed in us, catapulting both the Ford Everest and the Ford Mustang to the top of their respective segments,” said Ford Philippines President and Managing Director Pedro Simoes.

This achievement is a direct reflection of the passion our owners have for these iconic nameplates. Whether it’s conquering rugged terrain in an Everest or experiencing the soul-stirring performance of a Mustang, our customers are the heartbeat of everything we do. We thank them for their incredible loyalty and for inspiring us to keep pushing the boundaries of innovation, capability, and driving excitement,” he added.
