The Mitsubishi Destinator will be launching on November 20 in PH

After being teased multiple times and appearing in LTO documents, the Mitsubishi Destinator finally gets a launch date and venue in the Philippines: November 20 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay.

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines has also confirmed several features coming to its latest seven-seater unibody crossover, such as its powertrain, a 1.5-liter (4B40) four-cylinder turbocharged MIVEC engine rated at 163 horsepower and 250Nm of torque, mated to a CVT that sends power to the front wheels.
That will come with five drive modes: Normal, Tarmac, Wet, Gravel, and Mud. Couple that with Active Yaw Control, and you have a very capable crossover regardless of the conditions.

This will also be Mitsubishi’s first car with Mitsubishi Connect, the automaker’s connected services with the ability to remotely lock and unlock the vehicle, get status updates and alerts about the car, and also locate the vehicle, all from the comfort of your phone any time.

Other bits that we aren’t confirmed but what we know about is that the car could feature the same T-shaped lighting signatures front and back, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a revamped and spacious interior with new tech such as an eight-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment, a panoramic sunroof, and the Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium audio sound system.
