The Q6 e-tron is the newest EV from Audi PH

Audi Philippines, under the management of PGA Cars, Inc., is really pushing forward with its electrification strategy, launching the latest addition to its fully-electric vehicle lineup, the Q6 e-tron.
Their third full EV to be introduced in our market, the Q6 e-tron is not to be confused with the China-exclusive and larger Q6 crossover. This is actually a completely separate model and is the first production Audi to be built on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) which also underpins the Porsche Macan EV.

In terms of styling, the Q6 e-tron does not stray far from your usual Audis with familiar styling cues all around. It is the first Audi to feature split headlights with configurable LED daytime running lights on top, and adaptive matrix headlights below. The eight-sided front grille is enclosed as this is an EV, while maintaining distinct Audi styling elements. It is also body-colored.

20-inch turbine-style alloy wheels come as standard, while the top-spec SQ6 e-tron gets 21-inch wheels. Meanwhile, the rear features full-width taillights that form a light bar.

Inside, the Q6 e-tron goes for a more minimalistic look and driver-centered layout. It is tech-filled with Audi’s Digital Stage, composed of a 11.9-inch Virtual Cockpit instrument cluster, 14.5-inch Audi MMI infotainment screen, and a 10.9-inch passenger screen.

Wrapping around the upper part of the dashboard is the Interaction Light which shows different lighting patterns based on vehicle functions such as charging, turn signals, blind spot monitoring, as well as welcome home and goodbye greetings.
Other features include an Augmented Reality (AR) heads-up display, heated steering wheel, leather seats, a Bang & Olufsen (B&O) premium audio system, and tri-zone automatic climate control.

Powering the Q6 e-tron is a single electric motor system that is linked to the rear wheels, producing 326 horsepower and 485 Nm of torque. 0 to 100 kph acceleration time is pegged at 5.9 seconds. With a 100 kWh lithium-ion battery, it can drive for up to 640 km on a single charge.
Charging time from 10 to 80% is approximately 25 minutes through a 270 kW DC fast charger. Its included on-board charger allows for 11 kW AC charging.

Safety-wise, the Audi Q6 e-tron is equipped with a suite of advanced driver-assist systems which includes adaptive cruise control, lane change and intersection assist, and emergency brake assist. It is also equipped with a 360-degree around-view monitor with 3D view.

The Audi Q6 e-tron will be having its public launch at the Audi Global City showroom on February 28, 2025. For now, it is already available for viewing and reservations at all Audi dealerships and showrooms in the country.
