The Range Rover Sport SV Edition Two offers British performance and luxury starting at Php 32.490M

If that price tag was enough to make you cringe, then you aren’t the target demographic for the latest Range Rover model to make it onto our shores, as the Range Rover Sport SV Edition Two P635 brings a commanding starting price tag of Php 32,490,000.

For starters, this is the fastest Range Rover Sport you can currently buy, as the SV badge means this is a high-performance trim. It brings a mild-hybrid 4.4-liter, twin-turbo V8  (sourced from BMW) with a power output of 635 horsepower and 750Nm of torque, paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends it to all four wheels, and you can hear it via an active exhaust.

The 0-100km/h sprint is done in 3.9 seconds, and it hits a top speed of 290 kph with ease. It can also handle all of that power with a special 6D Dynamics air suspension, where traditional anti-roll bars are replaced with hydraulic circuits to eliminate pitch and roll during acceleration, braking, and in the corners.

The optional carbon-ceramic brakes feature the largest brake rotors fitted to a production car and the 23-inch carbon fiber wheels further help decrease unsprung weight, and special Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 rubber just for this model.

Additionally, the body has been reworked for improved aerodynamics, alongside optional carbon fiber finishers (either forged or twill), and comes in colors of Marl Grey, Ligurian Black, Arroios Gray, Tribeca Blue, Sunrise Copper (Satin), Blue Nebula (Matte), and Carbon Bronze (Matte).

The interior remains just as luxurious with available carbon fiber finishers to complement either Windsor leather or Ultrafabrics upholstery, 16-way, heated and cooled, massaging power seats with a carbon fiber seatback and speakers (called Body And Soul Seats, or BASS), to complement the 29-speaker Meridian Signature Sound system.

It also comes with an SV Mode option that configures all the systems to extract the most performance out of the car, alongside a fully equipped advanced driver assistance system, and other amenities like an available panoramic glass roof, a 13.1-inch infotainment with smartphone integration, and wireless charging.

If you’re looking to get one, better act fast as Chris Ward, Vice President of IC Land Automotive (official distributor of Jaguar-Land Rover in the Philippines), says that this is the one of one in the country, and one of 2,500 to be built.
