The Toyota Urban Cruiser will launch this March

It looks like Toyota Motor Philippines decided to wake up and choose violence, as it’s not just going to launch the all-new RAV4, but it’s following that up by also launching its smallest battery electric vehicle in the same month.
Yup, the Urban Cruiser is also going to officially launch this March 2026, as confirmed by a teaser on the brand’s Facebook page. This makes next month one of the most loaded yet for Toyota Motor Philippines, and crosses off two of the five new models to be launched in the country this year.
No official specifications have been confirmed yet, but what we do know is that this subcompact crossover will slot underneath the bZ4X as its second battery electric crossover in its lineup.

However, based on some filings on the Department of Energy, the Urban Cruiser we might get will come with a single electric motor capable of 174 horsepower (128kW) and 193Nm of torque, and a 61kWh lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) battery, which is capable of driving up to 426km on a single charge.
