Toyota Motor PH awards its top dealers and dealer employees in recent 2026 Dealer Conference and TOPS Awards

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) recently held its Toyota Dealer Conference and Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS) Awards where they honored their top-performing dealers and outstanding individual achievers for their 2025

According to TMP, this annual event reviews the company’s 2025 year in performance while recognizing the teams who keep showrooms running, service bays full, and customers coming back. On the other hand, the TOPS Awards upholds high standards across the dealer network, with benchmarks spanning sales results, service quality, customer experience, and operational discipline.

The dealer awardees are as follows:

President’s Award of Excellence (Large Business Division)

  • Champion  – Toyota Marilao, Bulacan Inc
  • 1st Runner Up – Toyota San Fernando, Pampanga
  • 2nd Runner Up – Toyota Otis

President’s Award of Excellence (Medium Business Division)

  • Champion  – Toyota Nueva Ecija
  • 1st Runner Up – Toyota Isabela
  • 2nd Runner Up – Toyota Dagupan City

President’s Award of Excellence (Small Business Division)

  • Champion  – Toyota Subic
  • 1st Runner Up – Toyota Plaridel, Bulacan
  • 2nd Runner Up – Toyota Tarlac City

President’s Customer Satisfaction (CS) Cup of Excellence Award

  • Toyota Batangas City

President’s Value Chain Award

  • Toyota Tarlac City

Also recognized were the different marketing professionals and service advisors under the TOPS Awards for their contributions to the brand’s 2025 performance in sales and aftersales. The awardees are as follows:

  • TOPS Finest Marketing Professional of the Year: Joan R. Barcia, Toyota North EDSA
  • TOPS Finest General Job Service Advisor of the Year: Arnold R. Agbay, Toyota Shaw
  • TOPS Finest Body and Paint Service Advisor of the Year: Gemibert E. Dimaunahan, Toyota Batangas City
