You can now check if you have NCAP violations online

You already know that the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has been implementing once again the No Contact Apprehension Program or NCAP since May 26, 2025, after the lifting of a temporary restraining order from 2022.
You’ve also probably heard that despite cameras automatically capturing and filing notice of violations to errant drivers, these are still manually reviewed and verified by an actual person. It was even announced that less than half of recently recorded violations were actually issued tickets.
But how do you check for a violation if you think you did something wrong and haven’t received a notice of violation?
The MMDA has finally launched an official violation tracker, dubbed as May Huli Ka and available at this link. To check if you committed any violations, all you have to do is input your vehicle’s license plate number, along with its MV File Number which you can easily find in your registration papers.

We tried it out ourselves and thankfully, we still haven’t committed any wrongdoings while driving on NCAP-covered roads. Congratulations to us?
