You can now visit Porsche and Bentley Philippine dealerships online

The COVID-19 pandemic has made it a bit difficult to go wherever we want. Other than the risk of getting the virus, we also have to fill-up contact-tracing forms wherever we go. Car dealerships are no exception and PGA Cars, the official distributor of Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, and Bentley vehicles in the country, seems to want to bring the showroom experience to your computer screens and eliminate the hassle of going out.

We’re actually not sure if this is official from the distributor but it does look like it because the dealerships are shown with very much detail. For now, only Porsche Greenhills and the Porsche and Bentley Global City dealerships are available on Google Maps. I just chanced upon this while checking out car dealerships on Street View.

To access this virtual showroom, simply open Google Maps on your browser, search for the specific Porsche or Bentley dealership, and look for the Street View icon on the lower right part of your screen. This will show on screen roads with available Google Street View imagery, and circles that denote 360-degree photos uploaded by users. You’ll see lots of these circles on the dealerships’ satellite images. You can click any of them to begin your virtual tour.

With this, you can view what currently are the latest models from both Porsche and Bentley Philippines. Some good examples are the latest Porsche Taycan, introduced in June this year, and the Bentley Bentayga which is a really beautiful looking SUV.

Once you do begin your tour, not only can you look around the dealership, you can also click towards the vehicles’ driver side door and get inside each one. With that, you’ll be able to experience even the car’s interior virtually. Not only also can you just look at the cool cars but also you can check out the different merchandise on display on the shelves, such as some Porsche umbrellas and luggage. Maybe you can also get a drink at the bar inside Bentley Manila.

It does look like the only thing missing now is being able to buy or reserve your brand-new Porsche or Bentley. Also, this feature is not yet available for Audi Global City and Greenhills, and Lamborghini Manila, also in the BGC row of PGA Cars dealerships. Hopefully we’ll see them virtually on Google Maps soon.
