The 11th season of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup begins

Mark your calendars and rev up your engines, the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup is making a return to the Clark International Speedway for its 11th running, starting this March 22, 2025, for the first leg.

First, there are several shakeups to the drive lineups: the Novice Class will now see three new additions: Autocross alumna Arianne Bautista, sim racer Luis Moreno, and media racer Ian Magbanua, joining the likes of TMP President Masando Hashimoto.

Novice Class champion Russel Reyes and runner-up Jamil Lacuna have been promoted to the Sporting Class, with Kody Ng returning to join the newly formed Team TGR Philippines.

For those who have followed previous seasons, a new Legacy Class will be made of former Vios Cup racers, champions, and owners of the third-generation Vios (also known as the “Batman”).

Apart from that, fans and owners of Gazoo Racing cars: the GR Yaris, GR Supra, and GR 86 will be able to push their cars further with the Club Race, a five-lap circuit race, but other car club members can also participate in the standard track day.

Then, the new GR Yaris will be making its racetrack debut, alongside other events and booths such as GR merchandise, the TGR GT Cup Experience, various sponsor booths, drifting and gymkhana exhibitions, and even a musical performance by Filipino alternative rock band Hale.

If you can make it in person, admission is free, but you can also catch it online on the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippines Facebook and YouTube pages, starting at 8:30am.
