Shell Recharge charging stations now plug into the Evro app

Electric vehicle owners in the country have been reliant on social media and apps like Ayala-operated Evro to look for operational charging stations across the metro. But of course, not all EV charging stations are operated by the likes of ACMobility (which are the ones most commonly seen in the app), with a few from brands like Tesla, Solarius, and even Shell Recharge stations.

This is why Shell Pilipinas Corporation has partnered to integrate its Shell Recharge stations into the network, marking the first time that two major Charge Point Operators (CPOs) have collaborated, making the Evro app the unified platform where users can access both chargers operated by Shell and ACMobility.

Currently, Shell Recharge features 30 charging points across different establishments such as gas stations, retail, and commercial buildings.

Shell Recharge Charging Stations:

  • Shell SLEX Mamplasan, Laguna (two 180kW DC, two 22kW AC)
  • Shell TPLEX Rosario Exit, La Union (two 180kW DC, two 22kW AC)

Shell Recharge Destination Chargers:

  • Seven | Neo, Bonifacio Global City (two 22kW AC)
  • Estancia Mall, Pasig (four 22kW AC)
  • Greenhills Mall – Connecticut (two 22kW AC)
  • Greenhills Mall – Missouri (four 22kW AC)
  • Opus Mall, Quezon City (four 22kW AC)
  • Robinsons Manila (two 22kW AC)
  • Robinsons Galleria (two 22kW AC)
  • Robinsons Magnolia (two 22kW AC)

These can now be discovered in the Evro app, which will offer real-time availability and charger compatibility, ease of payment and billing, and a scalable platform that should allow more charging station partners to join the list of supported chargers.
