Brand-new Lexus vehicles in PH now come with a five-year warranty

Lexus Philippines continues to improve its customer experience in our market. After the recent grand opening of its new Lexus Manila Gallery dealership in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the Japanese luxury automaker is now introducing a new vehicle warranty for new and future customers.

Owners of vehicles sold from September 1, 2025 onwards will now be able to enjoy a new five-year warranty program. This combines the existing three-year or 100,000km (whichever comes first) manufacturer warranty with a two-year Service Rewards Warranty. 

This also works in conjunction with the brand’s eight-year or 200,000km (whichever comes first) battery warranty for its hybrid and fully electric models.

The warranty extension is essentially similar to the new warranty being offered by Lexus Philippines’ parent company Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP). Basically, to get a fourth year of warranty, the customer must complete at least one preventive maintenance service (PMS) per year at the Lexus Manila Gallery (LMG) or any Lexus-certified Toyota service center.

To avail of the fifth year of warranty, the customer must have been able to complete their fourth year PMS at LMG or any Lexus-certified Toyota service center. Notable is the fact the additional two years comes at no mileage limit for as long as you religiously follow the standard once-a-year PMS schedule.
