UAAGI inaugurates new Center for Technical Excellence in Valenzuela City

The United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. or UAAGI Auto Group is strengthening its customers’ aftersales experience with the inauguration of the new UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.

The facility, inaugurated on January 26, 2026, acts as a training ground for the company’s nationwide Sales and Aftersales teams, equipping them with necessary specialized skills, for the different brands under the UAAGI umbrella–BAIC, Chery, Foton, Jetour, Lynk & Co, and Radar.

The UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence is designed for high-capacity learning, featuring four specialized facilities capable of training 120 personnel simultaneously, with a curriculum that includes foundational diagnostics to high-level mastery in powertrains, advanced electronics, chassis and brake systems, along with critical instruction in advanced hybrid and EV Systems.

The facility is also equipped with industrial-grade equipment, including vehicle lifters, brand-specific diagnostic tools, engine rigs, and specialized components, even including a refrigerant recycling recovery machine.

More importantly, the center also serves as a logistics facility for vehicle spare parts with its 8,700sqm warehouse, part of the company’s vast parts warehouse network with an inventory of over 980,000 spare parts for vehicles from all brands under UAAGI. This is on top of other distribution hubs in Clark and Valenzuela.

Parts can also be shipped within 24 hours for Metro Manila dealerships, and three days for the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

The opening of this facility is a testament of UAAGI’s commitment to our business partners and our clientele. By investing in modern training and aftersales infrastructure, we are ensuring our personnel are equipped to uphold the highest service standards. Our goal remains clear: to provide every customer across our brands with the reliable, responsive support that defines the UAAGI ownership experience,” said UAAGI Auto Group Chairman Rommel Sytin.
