Toyota Motor PH is launching a service campaign for the 2022-2024 Camry

If you happen to own a previous-generation Toyota Camry made from 2022 to 2024, you may want to bring it into your closest Toyota dealership as Toyota Motor Philippines has launched a customer satisfaction campaign for these cars regarding the Panoramic View Monitor.
The campaign covers 1,033 units produced from November 25, 2022 to September 2, 2024. Affected vehicles are equipped with the Panoramic View Monitor system (or 360-degree camera), where multiple cameras mounted on the front and back are used to see around the vehicle.
Due to a manufacturing defect, the forward and side camera sensors made during a specific period of time may develop cracks on the sensors, causing failures that will make these sensors non-functional.
Affected customers will be notified via an official notification letter, and authorized Toyota dealers will inspect the cameras at no charge, with the replacement parts set to arrive at the end of March 2026 or later.
It’s best to perform this service as soon as possible, but this can also be done at the same time during the vehicle’s Periodic Maintenance service appointment, and you can also check if your vehicle is part of any active service campaign at https://online.toyota.com.ph/service-campaign.
