Here are Hidilyn Diaz’s new rides from Foton and Kia

We’re all definitely very proud of Hidilyn Diaz after her winning a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics. You’re also probably aware of the many rewards she’s currently receiving left and right. While many are in cash amounting to millions of Philippine Pesos, that’s not all.
Foton Motor Philippines, Inc. and Kia Philippines, under AC Motors, have both announced that they will be providing Diaz with a brand new vehicle. To be specific, Foton Philippines will be giving Diaz a brand-new 13-seater Foton Transvan while Kia Philippines together with AC Motors will be gifting her with a brand-new Kia Stonic.
The Ayala group’s support for Philippine weightlifters including Diaz date back to 2016, when the Bank of the Philippine Islands turned over training equipment for the Hidilyn Diaz Weightlifting Gym in Zamboanga City. In 2018, Ayala Land turned over a check donation to the members of the Samahang Weightlifters ng Pilipinas.
Recognizing Diaz under the Maging Magiting program is part of Ayala Foundation’s sustained efforts to promote love of country. Maging Magiting is also a recognition program, as can be seen in the Pulis Magiting X Pilipinong Magiting initiative.
As “Atletang Magiting,” Diaz will receive a top of the line Kia Stonic as a gift of gratitude from AC Motors and Kia Philippines.

With various government officials, business personalities, and other groups sending millions in cash to Diaz, we won’t be surprised if Foton and Kia vehicles are the only ones she’ll be gifted with. It looks like she might soon need a bigger garage.
