Purchasing genuine parts and accessories for your Honda vehicle is now easier and a lot more convenient as Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) introduces a new and faster way to do so.
Through its official website, www.hondaphil.com, HCPI has introduced a new platform for purchasing the said products. Customers will no longer need to drive to a Honda dealership and will be able to make their parts purchases wherever they are.
Finding the parts-inquiry page on www.hondaphil.com is very easy and can easily be navigated by customers through these steps once they find the page:
- Input the Honda vehicle owned along with its year model, do take note that the selection can be filtered by dealer, discounts.
- Click the ‘Search’ button to see the list of available parts or accessories. Items for purchase can be added by clicking the cart icon.
- After selecting the preferred parts and accessories, the order will be confirmed once the complete name of the customer, mobile number, and email has been provided for dealer reference.
- Click the ‘Send Order’ button to finish the purchase process.
By the way, payments can be done either online or even on-site at the customer’s service center of choice. Online payments can be done via Bank Transfer, GCash, Maya, Credit Card, and Palawan Express (for Ayala Cebu Group only). Meanwhile, on-site payments can be done via Cash, GCash, and Credit Card.
The customer’s preferred dealer will then inform the customer via SMS or email regarding the availability of the item/s ordered. This will be followed by scheduling of dealer visit for the installation of part/s, or customers may also arrange for parts delivery with corresponding shipping fees.
